The material will be the self help book 1 "Jin Shin Jyutsu Is", written by Mary Burmeister.
A copy of this book in English will be given to you at the beginning of the day.
Philippe Douillard, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner in the Paris area since 1994, will guide you through this process.

This 2-days course will help you learn the meaning of all 26 safety energy locks and how to use them, to practice for
yourself and for others.
You will apprehend a few simple tools to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium and relieve pain, all with the use
of your own hands.
This course will cover the following :
* First aid and on-the-spot healing for colds, back tension, menstrual pain, headaches, insomnia and other ailments.
* Introduction to your energy pathways, and the body's 26 sites that concentrate this energy. Simply placing hands on one or
more of these 26 "safety energy locks" is all you need to help heal yourself !
* Hands-on practice (over clothing), plus the basic theory of this healing art that promotes optimal health and well-being,
and facilitates the body's own innate healing capacity.
All Jin Shin Jyutsu requires are your hands. At home, in the office, on the train, anywhere...
